Abstract:
To provide a telephone auditing system capable of surely preventing communication traffic of a main device for telephone auditing, i.e., a telephone auditing device, from becoming high.SOLUTION: A telephone auditing system shown in fig. 1 has a telephone auditing device 1 for auditing telephone communication between telephone sets 9, 10 connected with a telephone communication network 5, and a voice data storage device for storing voice data related to telephone conversation between the telephone sets. The telephone auditing device 1 includes a log database 503 for storing the telephone communication call information, for identifying the telephone communication call between the telephone sets 9, 10, as log information in text form. One or more than one voice data storage devices, like a first voice data storage device 2 and a second voice data storage device 3, are distributed on the telephone communication network 5. The voice data storage devices 2, 3 include voice databases 22, 32 for storing the voice data in association with the telephone communication call information, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
