Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component supply device that is able to prevent, for example, vibration stop of a vibration rail and that is low in cost.SOLUTION: A component supply apparatus comprises: a basket 10 capable of storing many screws W and formed in a conical shape; a scooping plate 20 swingable from a lower position to an upper position of this basket 10; and a vibration rail 30 having carrying faces 30R, 30L suspending the screws W scooped by the vibration of the scooping plate 20, and vibrates and carries the screws W ahead of the basket 10 from the inside of the basket 10. The vibration rail 30 is formed by arranging non-vibration plates 5 on both side faces thereof. By virtue of this, many screws W stored in the basket 10 are made less likely to come into direct contact with the vibration rail 30 and, therefore, vibration failure of the vibration rail 30 as in conventional component supply apparatus is made less likely to occur. Accordingly, the component supply device 1 according to the present invention is able to vibrate and carry screws W stably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
