PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection support device and an inspection support program in which the determination accuracy of the number of tablets of a weighing object medicine stored in a packaging material can be improved.SOLUTION: An inspection support device 100 includes: one or multiple weighing units 5 N; a sheet determination processing unit for determining the number of tablets of the weighing object medicine by the unit of PTP sheet P10 where the weighing object medicine of the specified number of tablets is contained, based on first weighing results by the one or multiple weighing units 5 N; a fraction determination processing unit for determining the number of tablets of the weighing object medicine by the unit of one tablet, based on second weighing results by the one or multiple weighing units 5 N; the number of tablets of the weighing object medicine determined by the sheet determination processing unit and the fraction determination processing unit; and a verification processing unit 14 capable of verifying the number of target tablets of the weighing object medicine based on prescription data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
