Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molding that can uniformly mold a thickness of a resin molding.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a resin molding, a resin substrate 10 having a thermoplastic resin, including a reinforced fiber, as a main composition and having a recessed part 14 in a central portion of a second molding surface 10B to be pressurized is first formed. Then, the resin substrate 10 is disposed on a second pressure molding surface 34 of a second mold 32 by making the second molding surface 10B to be pressurized contact the second pressure molding surface 34. The resin molding is formed from the resin substrate 10 by pressure molding the resin substrate 10 by a mold 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
