Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of roll molding tools capable of manufacturing a molded article having no generation of deflections in a continuous fiber in a molded article obtained during manufacturing the molded article by using a roll molding tool, a molding device and a manufacturing method of the molded article.SOLUTION: There is provided a pair of roll molding tools having a first heat insulation part, a bent processing part and a second heat insulation part in this order with neighboring in a direction vertical to a rolling direction of a roll respectively, the bent processing part contains a mountain-folding part and a valley-folding part and difference between sum of the mountain-folding part and bent angle and sum of the valley-folding part and bent angles is within 5 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
