Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal damage prevention structure for a vehicle which can promote heat radiation of a heat transfer member provided between a heat source member such as a silencer disposed in an exhaust passage of the vehicle and a fuel tank so as to prevent the fuel tank from receiving thermal damage due to transfer of heat from the heat source member.SOLUTION: In a thermal prevention structure for a vehicle of this invention, a heat transfer member 31 for transferring heat from a heat source member 11 to a fuel tank 30 is provided between the heat source member 11 heated by exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine as a power source of the vehicle and the fuel tank 30. A convection heat radiation mechanism 33 having a through hole formed along the vertical direction of the vehicle and radiating the heat of the heat transfer member 31 by convective heat-transfer with an upward current led from a lower direction to an upper direction of the through hole is provided in the heat transfer member 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
