Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermostatic chamber type crystal oscillator of low power consumption that efficiently transmits heat by disposing elements such as a power transistor and a surface mount type crystal oscillator directly superimposed.SOLUTION: The thermostatic chamber type crystal oscillator includes: a base substrate having a mounting terminal for surface mounting on a bottom surface thereof; a power transistor mounted on the base substrate; and a surface mount type crystal oscillator mounted on the power transistor. A crystal oscillator and a temperature sensitive element are directly placed on a heat source comprising a power transistor. With such a configuration, unnecessary heat release can be prevented, and heat can be efficiently transmitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
