Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating an adaptive situation which can numerically evaluate the degree of adaptation (degree of selling out) of stock items stored in a storage area to a specification.SOLUTION: The method for evaluating an adaptive situation of stock items according to the present invention is for evaluating an adaptive situation of a stock item W stored in a storage area 3 as a stock item and delivered to a lower process according to a request of the lower process of the storage area 3, to a steel type name. The method includes: creating a matrix in which the steel type name of the stock item W and a requested specification are associated with each other; calculating the degree of power of the stock item W from the created matrix; and evaluating the adaptive situation of the stock item W to the specification based on the calculated degree of power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
