Abstract:
In order to provide a high-performance compressor, this compressor (S1) comprises: a sealed container (300) that has a cylindrical part (330); a motor (100) that has a stator (120) and a rotor (110) and that is housed in the sealed container (300); and a compression mechanism part (200) that is housed in the sealed container (300) and that compresses a refrigerant, wherein the stator (120) has a stator core (130) that is fixed to the sealed container (300) and in contact with the inner wall of the cylindrical part (330), and the stator core (130) has a plurality of stacked stator electromagnetic steel sheets (20) that include portions containing 6 wt.% or more of Si.
