Abstract:
To provide a liquid discharge device which enables a pressure chamber to adequately vibrate and inhibits reliability deterioration even when nozzles are arranged in high density.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device includes: a vibration film forming one surface part of a pressure chamber for storing liquid; a piezoelectric film which is provided at an opposite side of the pressure chamber in the vibration film; a division wall which intersects the vibration film, is connected with the vibration film, and forms a side surface part of the pressure chamber; first electrodes covered by the piezoelectric film between the piezoelectric film and the vibration film; and a second electrode which covers the piezoelectric film and the vibration film from an opposite side of the pressure chamber. Thickness of a connection portion with the division wall in the vibration film is formed so as to be thinner than thickness of the other part of the vibration film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
