Abstract:

To realize an injection molding method capable of suppressing occurrence of warping of a molded article.SOLUTION: The injection molding method includes steps of: moving a movable mold 4 and fix a distance between the movable mold 4 and a reaction plate 3 so that an approaching position of the movable mold 4 with respect to a stationary mold 2 becomes a position where the material M is placed in an initial position where it becomes in an overpacked state when the material M having a preset injection amount is injected into a cavity 9; and injecting the material M into the cavity 9 and, while the material M is used to push the movable mold 4 in a direction away from the stationary mold 2 to elastically deform a tie bar 7, filling the expanded cavity 9 with the material M having a preset injection amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
