Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance corrosion proofing effect of a coating corrosion proof part of a steel material using both of electric protection and coating protection.SOLUTION: The corrosion proofing method of a steel material uses both of electric protection and coating protection, the electric protection is conducted on an electric protection part of the steel material 14 by a galvanic anode method using a galvanic anode 16 or the like and a coating protection part of the steel material 14 is coated by a coating material 10 having conductivity. Then current is supplied to not only the electric protection part of the steel material 14, but also the coating protection part of the steel material 14 from the galvanic anode 16 arranged for the electric protection via the coating material 10 having the conductivity. Thereby, the coating protection part of the steel material 14 can suppress corrosion reactions by not only suppressing permeation of chloride ion or oxygen by the coating material 10, but also changing electric potential by supply of current. Therefore corrosion proofing effect of the coating protection part of the steel material 14 can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
