Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal blind device in which a roller in a speed adjusting device for limiting a movement speed of a plurality of lift cords keeps a predetermined clamped state with respect to each of the lift cords and in addition, to provide a horizontal blind device which alleviates the contact friction between adjoining lifting cords of the plurality of lift cords to thereby enable change of the position of an operation portion.SOLUTION: A horizontal blind device according to a first aspect of the present invention is configured such that a plurality of lifting cords are separated from each other at a position distant from a speed adjustment device 15. In addition, a horizontal blind device according to a second aspect of the present invention includes an operation portion 3 introducing the plurality of lifting cords in a first cord arrangement and a speed adjustment device 15 guiding the plurality of cords to the operation portion 3 in a second cord arrangement and is configured such that the first cord arrangement and the second cord arrangement relative thereto is nonlinearly symmetric with respect to the center in the front-rear direction of a head box to thereby alleviate the contact friction between the plurality of lifting codes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
