Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a thyroid disorder by measuring the concentration of phosphatidylserine specific phospholipase A1, a method for determining the effects of a treatment of a thyroid disorder, and a reagent.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of detecting a thyroid disorder by measuring phosphatidylserine specific phospholipase A1 of a human sample. There is also provided a method for providing information for determining the effects of a treatment of a patient with a thyroid disorder, the method associating measuring the phosphatidylserine specific phospholipase A1 in the sample derived from the patient, its measured value and the effects of the treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
