Abstract:
To provide a processing device for feeding a plurality of building materials used in a wooden building and applying precut processing continuously and effectively.SOLUTION: A precut processing device comprises: a processing machine for applying precut processing to a building material 12 conveyed in a conveying passage 14 in a longitudinal direction; a position detection machine for detecting a conveyance start position of the building material 12; and a plurality of clamps for gripping the building material 12, fixing a position of the building material 12 during a processing operation, and moving along the conveying passage 14 before and after the processing so as to convey the building material 12. A material position calculation part adds to the conveyance start position a moving amount in which the clamp is moved along the conveying passage 14, and calculates a position of the building material 12 on the conveying passage. A processing position control part controls a processing position of the processing machine on the basis of the calculated material position. When an open space is generated in the upstream side of the conveying passage 14, a material conveyance control part performs control to receive a new building material 13 in the open space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
