Abstract:
To provide an aspiration/inhalation tool capable of aspirating and inhaling a liquid drug taken into a cartridge, as an atomized object.SOLUTION: There is provided a non-heating type aspiration/inhalation tool which is formed of: a main body container 1; and an aspiration/inhalation cartridge 2 which is detachably fitted to an opening. The aspiration/inhalation cartridge 2 comprises a double pipe structure which is formed by providing an inner cylinder in an outer cylinder, through a gap. The main body container 1 has atomization means 13 for atomizing a liquid drug absorbed in an adsorbent 21 and discharging the atomized liquid drug. The main body container has a power source part 14 and a sensor 15. The atomization means 13 uses corona discharge which is conducted between a rod-shaped electrode 131 and a cylindrical electrode 132. By the corona discharge which is started when the power source part 14 supplies power triggered by a detection signal from the sensor 15 which detects aspiration/inhalation operation, the liquid drug is transpired, atomized and discharged from the adsorbent 21, so that the discharged liquid drug can be aspired/inhaled through a suction hole 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
