Abstract:
To provide a method that can simply and efficiently measure expansion strain of concrete caused by ASR, DEF, and the like, and an expansion strain measuring device.SOLUTION: An expansion strain measuring method of the present invention at least includes (A) one or more laser displacement meters, (B) a pedestal for placing a specimen for measuring expansion strain, and (C) a positioning jig for the specimen. The method measures expansion strain of the specimen by, after the specimen is placed on the pedestal of an expansion strain measuring device, irradiating a side surface around the specimen with laser using the laser displacement meters and measuring a distance between the laser displacement meters and the side surface around the specimen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
