Title:
【発明の名称】振動に敏感な部分を備えた器具
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03505797
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
This invention concerns a device with vibration-sensitive parts, e.g. a CD player, designed to be installed and operated in vehicles. Such devices require reading to be carried out faultlessly, even when the device is exposed to intense vibrations. The effective drive-gear mass generates, together with the elastic shock-absorber members, a relatively pronounced degree of resonance, corresponding to the shock-absorption which already exists, in the low-frequency region of the spectrum, in which the vibrations also lie. A particular disadvantage of prior art devices is that, owing to different installation conditions in various types of vehicle, as well as the different characteristics of different vehicles, and different conditions of use and operation of such devices, completely different vibration frequencies can lead to loss of read-out. The aim of the invention is to overcome these problems. This is done by using adjustable elastic shock-absorber members and damping them, thus enabling the resonant frequency to be changed in order that read-out quality remains unimpaired. The invention is applicable to vibration-sensitive devices such as vehicle-mounted CD players, plus for instance recording and play-back devices and DAT and DRAW equipment.
