Abstract:
1. A diaphragm pump (1) particularly for delivering chemically aggressive media, the pump having in the pump head (7) thereof inlet and outlet valves (11, 12) controlled by the flow medium and said valves as well as the pump head (7) having valve-receiving openings (10) consisting essentially of chemically inert plastic, characterized in that the valve-receiving cavities (10) in each case have a valve chamber (13) which faces the displacement chamber (6) of the pump (1) and is connected to the former by a port (15) and joined outwardly thereto a tapped hole or a like connecting piece for a connecting plug (16) having a through-hole (18), and that the connecting plugs in each case have a stop face (17) limiting the vertical lift of the accompanying valve (11, 12).
