Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the troubleshooting of cause to failures easy, by storing an operation waveform at normal state, keeping this storage unchanged and detecting a failure through the change in the operation waveform. CONSTITUTION:In a failure detector 12, if a waveform comparator 24 detects a failure in a controller, a command signal to stop the collection of endless data is given to an endless data storage 27 after a prescribed time and the state of an analog signal 11 and a digital signal 10 of the controller before and after the generation of the failure is stored. This signal is trnasferred to an auxiliary storage device 27 such as a cassette tape for storage. When a display device shows the detection of the failure, the data stored in the device 27 is returned to the storage device 26, and the storage of the number of on/off times of a speed reduction relay can output the number of operations of the controller and at what number of times of the operation the production of the failure takes place to a printer 28. The information of the controller after and before the production of failure is outputted to a recorder 30 via an interface 29.
