Abstract:
PURPOSE:To read out the content of file in high speed, through the use of a usual language, by comparing an index word of a data file and a hint word formed from questionnaire information and reading out the content of the file when the both are equal. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of data formed with a specified procedure are recorded in a unit area obtained through splitting a data file 14, and an index word C is obtained as the representative. A plurality of cells storing the index word C and an area address (n) are provided. A questionnaire information is inputted from a keyboard 11, a formed hint word is transmitted to a comparison operation section of a CPU13, the word is compared with the index word C for the discrimination of size. As a result, if the hint word is larger, an output is given to an OR gate 313L and if smaller, an output is given to an OR gate 313S and when equal, an output is obtained from an AND gate 313E.
