PURPOSE: To aim at smooth power feeding, by coupling a power feed member attached to a traveling body which follows, via a link arm, a flat car going up and down and horizontally traveling on a track, with a power consumption source at the side of the flat car by means of flexible connection members and swivel joints.

CONSTITUTION: A movable flat car 22 goes up and down along rack rails 14a and 14b while horizontally travels on horizontal rack rails 18a and 18b via circular rack rails 16a and 16b. Since a traveling body 36 is coupled in linkage with a link arm 44, it is trailed on a guide rail 32. At this time, all sorts of power feeding members 52 housed in a flexible protector 54 are connected to a power consumption source belonging to the movable flat car 22 via swivel joints 56, connection members 58 and swivel joints 60 so that no strain is produced on power feeding. In this way, stable power can be fed without any forced strain.
