Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation and magnetization with less dimensional strain enabling to produce radial and uniform flux in the specified gap. CONSTITUTION:An outer case yoke 8a made of flat plate like magnetic material is formed into square shape while the flat plate like ceramic permanent magnets 9a and a flux concentrating yoke 9b are laminated respectively on each side of the inner periphery of the outer case yoke 8a. Besides, a rear yoke 10a is fixed to the back of said yoke 8a and a center yoke 11a with round section is further fixed to the central part of the rear yoke 10a. A gap G is formed between said center yoke 11a and said flux concentrating yoke 9b so that a cylindrically movable coil 12a may freely travel through the gap. Through these procedures, a radial and uniform flux may be produced in the gap G.
