Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce exhaust gas pressure and exhaust noise by forming an exhaust aperture block, the first connection hole group that are connected to a cylindrical member, an insert member provided with the second connection hole that is not connected to the cylindrical member. CONSTITUTION:In an exhaust port structure, a number of exhauat aperture blocks 8 and enlarged concave block 9 are formed. An insert member 10 consists of cylindrcial members 11, 12, and 13 provided with the same number of the exhaust aperture blocks 8 and a number of perforated holes 19, the first connection hole grouls 14, 15, and 16 that are connected to these cylindrical members, and mounting flange 17 provided with the second connection hole 20 that is not connected to these cylindrical members. A preset gap is maintained between the circumferential wall of the enlarged concave block 9 and cylindrical members 11-13. Each exhaust gas passes through the exhaust aperture blocks 6-8 and the perforated hole 19, flows in the gap between the cylindrical members 11-13 and the circumferential wall of the enlarged concave block 9, and is discharged into the air from the second connection hole 20. As a result, exhaust gas pressure and exhaust noise can be reduced.
