Abstract:
有機半導体層のパターンの形成が容易である有機半導体素子及びその製造方法を提供する。基板2上に、第1電極を含む第1構造部3と、半導体特性を有する有機化合物を含む有機半導体層4と、第2電極を含む第2構造部5と、を順に設ける。第2構造部5は、所定のパターンに形成する。第2構造部5は、耐エッチング特性を有するマスク部を含み、該マスク部をマスクとして有機半導体層のエッチング処理を行う。マスク部は第2電極としても良い。
