Abstract:
車両のステアリング装置等にケーブルリールを装着する際の作業効率を高める。そのため、ステータ部材（３０）と、ステータ部材（３０）に回動自在に連結されたロータ部材（２０）と、ステータ部材（３０）とロータ部材（２０）との間を電気的に接続する可撓性ケーブル（５０）と、ロータ部材（２０）のステータ部材（３０）に対する相対回転を防止するロック部材（４０）とを備え、ロック部材（４０）を、ステータ部材（３０）と、ロータ部材（２０）との間に配置した。
