Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball bearing for a motor-incorporated spindle in which air is discharged to the outside of the bearing without generating a turbulent flow in the bearing, the vibration of a cage is hardly generated, and quietness is high when the cooling air enters the bearing of the motor-incorporated spindle.SOLUTION: A tip 15a of an inside diameter face of a seal plate 15 in a bearing center direction is located at a center side in the axial direction rather than an outside face 14a of a cage 14 in the axial direction, an overlap part A is formed between the tip 15a of the inside diameter face of a seal plate 15 in the bearing center direction and the outside face 14a of the cage 14 in the axial direction, cooling air is suppressed from intruding into the cage 14 side when the cooling air passes the inside of the bearing, and the cooling air is smoothly discharged to the outside of the bearing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
