Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide new compds. having low toxicity, having selective inhibiting action to thromboxane A2 synthesis and useful for nephropathy, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The new compds. have formula I [where A is (substd.) heterocyclic ring; R1 is (substd.) phenyl, cyclohexyl or 1-6C alkyl; T is 3-6C alkylene; R2 is H or 1-4C alkyl], for example, (+)-5-2-Pyradinylmethyl-2-(imidazole-1-yl)-1- cyclohexylethylidene aminoxypentanoic acid. And, the compds. of formula I are obtained by reacting oxim (salt) of formula II with the compds. of formula III (Y is a leaving group).
