Abstract:
A 3DP powder printing method, device and system, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: pre-analyzing each layer of print image corresponding to a component to be printed, determining a target print image, and adding a preset mark to the target print image, wherein the target print image comprises a print image corresponding to a target layer that causes the last layer of powder layer to undergo a conveyer belt displacement during printing; obtaining an image to be printed corresponding to a current layer to be printed; and identifying said image and determining whether said image has a preset mark, and if yes, processing said current layer and/or the last layer of powder layer located on said current layer, so that the last layer of powder layer does not move along with a powder spreading action of said current layer. The method can avoid the occurrence of a conveyer belt displacement phenomenon to a certain extent during use, and facilitates improving printing efficiency and the quality of a printing product.
