Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the confirmation of the abnormality of the input signal of a detector by displaying a measured value when measurement is normal, and shielding the indicating part of an indicator when the measurement is abnormal. CONSTITUTION:The signal obtained from a detector 2 is inputted into a measuring circuit 4 through a measured-signal input terminal 3, and the measured data are displayed on a display part 5. An abnormal-measurement detector 6 into which the signal of the detector 2 is inputted performs the inspection and the like at the upper and lower limits for the signal from the detector 2. Thus the presence or absence of the abnormality of the detector is inspected all the time. When there is no abnormality in the signal of the detector, a display shielding circuit part 8 applies a specified voltage on a display shielding part 9 using a liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal panel has the characteristic such that the panel becomes transparent when the voltage is applied. Therefore, when the panel is arranged at the rear side of the shielding part 9, the indication of the display part 5 can be monitored. When abnormality occurs in the detector 2, the detector 6 outputs an abnormal signal through an abnormal-signal input terminal 7. When the abnormal signal is received, the circuit 8 performs the control so that the voltage application into the shielding part 9 using the liquid crystal panel is stopped. When the voltage application is stopped, the shielding part 9 becomes the non-transparent state. Therefore, the display part 5 is shielded.
