Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cast product cast by using a special core capable of efficiently forming cast product without restricting the shape, even in the case of complicated shape, such as hollow shape or underent shape, by using the special core except a sand core to obtain the cast product.
CONSTITUTION: After forming the on-sand core by using a material except the sand, the non-sad core 1 is arranged between an upper mold 2 and a lower mold 3 to form a mold 4. Successively, molten metal of molten aluminum, etc., is poured into a cavity formed in the mold 4 according to the cast product. Further, after forming the cast product 6 having the shape according to the shape of the cavity, the cast product 6 is taken out from the mold 4 and the unnecessary part of the cast flash, etc., in the cast product 6 is removed to obtain the objective finish product. By this method, since the cast product is cast by using the special core, the productivity is improved and the applicable range can be enlarged and the quality of the cast product can be improved, and also the cost of the cast product can greatly be reduced.
