Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abrade a concave having an arbitrary free curved shape with high accuracy for a short time by providing an abrasive jig with a flexible sheet forming the shape of a dome by expanded by the fluid pressure.
SOLUTION: When a concave 21 of a matter to be abraded is abraded by an abrasive device, a flexible sheet 2 comprising the abrasive cloth attached on a surface of a dome 2a is mounted on a sheet fixing jig 3. For example, a convex of a lens 20 is fixed to an adhesive member 31 to be mounted on a holder 30, and the flexible sheet 2 is expanded to form the dome 2a by flowing the fluid of the predetermined pressure 1 from a fluid port 8 to a sealing space 7 in a abrasive jig 1. When the holder 30 is descended, and the lens convex 21 and the flexible sheet 2 of the abrasive jig 1 are closely contacted with each other by the predetermined pressure. The flexible sheet 2 of the abrasive jig 1 is closely contacted with the concave 21 of a matter to be abraded by the predetermined pressure by the downward pressure force of the holder 30 by the pneumatics and the shape keeping property by the fluid pressure of the abrasive jig 1. Then the holder 30 is reciprocated, and the abrasive jig 1 is oscillated and revolved.
