Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an abrasive sheet being in flexible by sticking abrasive grains to each surface of bristles being dispersed and erected on a base plate sheet.
CONSTITUTION: When a base plate sheet is in an electric field, a tip part of a bristle 4 on an upper surface of this sheet is electrified with a positive electric charge by means of electrostatic induction and thereby respective bristles 4 are dispersed with one another by dint of electrostatic repulsion, and further they rise up along the field direction. At that time, an adhesive solution so far being caught among these bristles 4 on the upper surface of the base plate sheet by a capillary action is dispersed around the bristles and uprighted, whereby it is released, so it is volatilized after leaving those of adhesives 20 attached to the surface bristle being dispersed and uprighted intact. Next, abrasive grains 1 conducted by compressed air out of a compressed air reservoir are blown to the upper surface of the base plate sheet from a dusting beak, and these grains are stuck to each surface of bristles 4 uniformly.
