Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an abrasive capable of eliminating scratches generated on the abraded surface and not leaving the attached abrasive on the abraded surface.
SOLUTION: This abrasive contains an organic polymer skeleton and a polysiloxane skeleton having an organic silicon in molecule thereof, in which a silicon atom binds with at least one carbon atom in the organic polymer skeleton and consists of a dispersion liquid containing an organic and inorganic composite particles having ≥25wt.% amount of SiO2 constituting the polysiloxane skeleton and a dispersion medium containing water and/or an alcohol.
