This absorption cold/hot water supply apparatus causes operating transition of heating amount μ of a high-temperature regenerator from a cooling rated heating amount μ1 to a heating rated heating amount μ2 or in the reverse. A step between the cooling rated heating amount μ1/the heating rated heating amount μ2 is divided into two or more stages μ1, μ2, μ3, and the transition is caused by the multi-square hysteresis loop-like transition control in which the center points ϕ21, ϕ22 are shifted, whereby frequent fluctuation of heating amount due to hunting operation is prevented. Further, the operation transition between the cooling primary operation and the heating primary operation is similarly caused by the square hysteresis loop-like transition control, whereby frequent fluctuation of heating amount due to hunting operation is prevented.
