Abstract:

To provide an absorption type refrigerator miniaturized by using a plate type heat-exchanger having a means to facilitate discharge of non- condensible gas.

This refrigerator is formed such that respective heat transfer surfaces are positioned to face each other and a plate type heat-exchanger 1 to alternately perform two sets of heat-exchanges is used in an absorber 3 and an evaporator 2. In this case, a low pressure chamber 11 is provided to communicate with an can drum 10 having an evaporator and absorber, an extraction piping 12 is situated in a low pressure chamber 11, and a low pressure chamber absorber 13 is provided to absorb refrigerant steam by cooling an absorption solution. This constitution performs cooling of the absorption solution by cooling water 17 flowing through an absorber.
