Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily detect an AC current by attracting and holding a horizontally oscillatable mass armature while restraining reverse elastic energization with a permanent magnet, applying induction coil induced voltage to a demagnetizing coil on a magnetic path to oscillate the armature and disengaging an indicating member for dropping.
CONSTITUTION: A V-shaped mass armature 14 is provided around a horizontal oscillation axis 12 in a framework 10 and attracted and held by a permanent magnet 16 in given attitude. One loose end is engaged with a protrusion 20a on the back of an indicating member 20 to prevent the self-weight drop of the member 20. At the other loose end, a spring 22 is provided in reverse to attracting force to apply somewhat smaller attracting force thereto. Induced voltage from an induction coil 26 is applied to a demagnetizing coil 24 wound around a magnetic path on the magnet 16. When an AC dynamic current I flows in a steel tower leg 30, magnetic flux occurs in a belt 28 and voltage is induced in the coil 26 and then applied to the coil 24. The armature 14 is oscillated, the protrusion 20a is disengaged therefrom and the indicating member 20 is dropped, so that the detected AC dynamic current I is indicated.
