Abstract:
To provide an acrylic synthetic fiber having excellent spinnability, light weight, and a soft touch, a porous synthetic fiber and a pile fabric including them, and a method for producing the same.
There are provided: an acrylic synthetic fiber that can be obtained by spinning a spinning dope in which a polymer obtained by polymerization of 40-97 wt.% of acrylonitrile, 3-60 wt.% of other copolymerizable monomer and 0-5 wt.% of a sulfonic acid-containing monomer and 5 pts.wt. or more of a surfactant based on 100 pts.wt. of the polymer are mixed; a porous synthetic fiber that can be obtained by subjecting the acrylic synthetic fiber to a wet heat treatment; a pile fabric obtained by processing the same; and a method for producing them.
