Abstract:
To provide an active energy ray-curable composition, an aqueous emulsion composition, and a coating agent composition, which are of forced emulsification type, have high nonvolatility, have excellent storage stability at room and high temperature, and excellent freeze-thaw stability, and, when coated, the coating films of which show excellent adhesion to substrate and water resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is an active energy ray-curable composition comprising two or more surfactants, where at least one of the surfactants is configured to be a surfactant (B1) having 2 or more reactive groups. Further, the active energy ray-curable composition is used in an aqueous emulsion composition and in a coating agent composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
