Title:
ACTIVE ENERGY RAY-CURABLE INKJET INK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015120778
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable inkjet ink which has a weak force of attacking an inkjet head member when a polymerizable monomer having a low viscosity and high sensitivity is used in an appropriate compounding amount, which shows excellent storage stability of the ink, and which can stably give high-quality images on various base materials including a coat paper when a single-pass type printer is used.SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable inkjet ink comprises at least a polymerizable monomer (A), a photopolymerization initiator (B), and a surface controlling agent (C). The inkjet ink contains, as the component (A), 2-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)ethyl acrylate (A-1) by 10% or more and less than 40% with respect to the whole amount of the ink, N-vinylcaprolactam (A-2) by 0.1% or more and less than 5.0% with respect to the whole amount of the ink, and dipropylene glycol diacrylate (A-3); and further, the ink contains the component (C) by 1.5% or more and less than 5.0% with respect to the whole amount of the ink.
