To provide a resin composition curable with active energy ray, having good curing property and excellent release property from a die (particularly, from a mold) and giving a cured product excellent in scratch resistance, rigidity, transparency and adhesiveness.

The resin composition curable with active energy ray comprises a (meth)acryloyl group-containing compound (A), a photopolymerization initiator (B) and a release property imparting agent (C), wherein the compound (A) has a (meth)acryloyl group concentration of 3 to 10 mmol/g and a molecular weight of 60 to 200 between crosslinking points obtained from (A), and the agent (C) comprises a salt of a phosphoric acid ester (c1) and a tertiary amine (c2).
