Abstract:
PURPOSE:To determine the initial state of a simulator for anticipation and to match the state of the simulator with the state of a plant even when the plant is abnormal by repeating the process of minimizing the error function between the data of the plant in the past specific-time section and the calculated value of the simulator. CONSTITUTION:Tanks 1 and 2, and 1 and 3 of the tank water level control plant are connected mutually by half-open valves 10 and 11, and the tanks 1-3 are provided with injection valves 4-6 and discharge valves 7-9. Further, a water level gauge 12 is provided to the tank 2 and a state anticipation system is installed in this plant to anticipate the operations of the respective valves 4-6 for holding the water level L2 in the tank 2 specific. When a hole is opened in the bottom of the tank 1 of this system suddenly, state anticipation is performed. Then, the process of minimizing the error function between the data of the plant in the past specific-time section and the calculated value of the simulator is repeated, and the initial state of the simulator for anticipation is determined to match the state of the plant with the state of the simulator.
