Abstract:
PURPOSE:To use a simulator widely without spoiling operation in on-line mode by performing simulation independent of the operation state of a plant only when the condition based upon the physical quantity of the plant, operator's demands, the state of the simulator, etc., is satisfied. CONSTITUTION:Plant data from the plant 1 is applied to an input processing part 2 and an abnormality detection part 3 detects abnormality on the basis of the plant data. Further, an initial state detection part 4 calculates the initial state of the plant 1 by using the plant data, and a condition decision part 5 decides on an off-line mode on the basis of the detection result of the detection part 3. A switching part 6 is controlled by the output of the decision part 5, and the initial condition of the simulator 7 in off-line mode which is stored in an initial condition storage part 8 and the initial state of the plant 1 from a setting part 4 are switched and applied to the simulator 7. Then, it is processed by a simulator control part 9 and a display control part 10 to display the operation state of the plant 1 without spoiling the operation in on-line mode.
