Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator applicable to large stroke at high speed and under high load.SOLUTION: An actuator includes at least a ball screw as a feed screw, a conversion nut as a feed nut, and a rod formed integrally with the conversion nut, and converts rotational motion into linear motion. In the actuator, the side connected to the power source of the rotation motion of the ball screw is rotatably fixed, and the tip side of the ball screw arranged in the rod is supported in the rod by a support mechanism having two degrees of freedom of rotation and sliding.
