Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in the size of an actuator.SOLUTION: An actuator 10 comprises: a base 30 with base side rolling contact surfaces formed thereon; steel balls B1 arranged on the base side rolling contact surfaces; a slider 50 with movable body side rolling contact surfaces, on which the steel balls B1 are arranged so that the movable body side rolling contact surfaces form rolling contact passages W1 for rolling of the steel balls B1 together with the base side rolling contact surfaces, and with filler holes 54 for filling grease, and provided to be linearly movable relative to the base 30; and lubricating oil supply members 60 arranged in return passages 52R, 52L, which are formed on the slider 50, for supplying lubricating oil to the steel balls B1 passing through the return passages 52R, 52L. Grease grooves 53R, 53L in which the grease filled from the filler holes 54 flows are formed in the inner surfaces of the return passages 52R, 52L.
