Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the quick-acting properties of an output member by making the inductance of a coil conductive circuit minute.
CONSTITUTION: Coil sections 9, 10 in number corresponding to permanent magnets 6, 7 are disposed to the coil mounting sections 8c, 8d of an output member 8, and a plurality of coils 11, 12 are provided so that the directions of force generated among the magnetic flux of the permanent magnets 6, 7 and currents in mutual adjacent coil sections 9, 10 by conduction in the alternate current directions in the mutual adjacent coil sections 9, 10 are equalized and the overall inductance of a coil conductive circuit is reduced.
