Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter stopper wherein a weld mark is hard to occur in the stopper body when the stopper is injection molded.
SOLUTION: In a stopper body 100, a fitting cylinder is vertically formed at the lower end of a circumferential wall cylinder 110, and a flange 120 having knurling 121 on its outer periphery is provided on the outer periphery of the cylinder 110, while under the inner side of the cylinder 110, a sealing plate wherein a plunge slide hole 131 is provided at the center thereof, and a plurality of fins each having the same width are radially provided around the hole 131 to provide a passage hole 132 between adjacent fins, and the surface of fin 133 forming a gate is located at a point different from that of the other fin, and a contact ring 134 is provided on the underside of the outer side of the fin, while a plurality of radial ribs are provided on the underside of the outer side of the ring 134 so as to reach the inner periphery of an inner cylinder, and also an inner cylinder which has a contact surface on the outer periphery under the cylinder 110 and a ring shaped fitting part on the inner periphery thereof is vertically provided. A dust cap 200 is fitted in an opening at the top end of the cylinder 110, and a plunger 160 is inserted into a plunger slide hole of the sealing plate, while a diaphragm valve 170 is closely fitted in the contact ring under the sealing plate.
