To provide an addition polymerization catalyst component and an addition polymerization catalyst, both used for producing an addition polymer having a high melt tension and an excellent processibility; a production method for an addition polymer having a high melt tension and an excellent processibility; and the use of a transition metal compound for producing an addition polymer having a high melt tension and an excellent processibility.
This addition polymerization catalyst component comprises a crosslinked bis-Cp hafnium compound and a noncrosslinked bis-substituted-Cp zirconium or titanium compound.
