Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an adhesive composite material which can be easily sent out at a lower cost than a conventional one and is useful as a medical bandage by selecting such a structure that it has a liner having a central area of which one side is coated with an adhesive and the coated side is adhered to a side area.

CONSTITUTION: This composite material has such a structure that it contains a liner 11 having a central area 12 of which the facing plane is bonded to side areas 14, 16; that the central area 12 has a pressure-sensitive adhesive 17 applied to at least a part of the one side of the liner 11; that the side coated with the adhesive 17 of the central area 12 is peelably (the side area 16 is covered with a release material 15) adhered to at least one of the side areas (e.g. 16); and that the central area is made separable from the areas 14, 16 by a separating means (e.g. perforations 18, 20).
