To provide an adhesive for touch panels having conductive films comprising a metal or metal oxide.
The adhesive for the conductive films is characterized by comprising a (meth)acrylic polymer (A) having functional groups except acidic groups and having a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000-150,000, and (B) an isocyanate-based cross-linking agent, wherein (a-1) 50-99.8 pts.wt. of an alkoxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, (a-2) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a hydroxyl group-having monomer, (a-3) 0.1-5 pts.wt. of a nitrogen-containing monomer, and (a-4) 0-49.8 pts.wt. of an alkyl (meth)acrylate are copolymerized in 100 pts.wt. of the (meth)acrylic polymer (A), and cross-linked structures due to the (B) isocyanate compound are formed in the (A) (meth)acrylic polymer.
